- Minimum Marks: General category candidates must have at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination; OBC/SC/ST candidates have a relaxation to 40%, and PwD candidates must have minimum 45%.
- Age Limit: Minimum age is 17 years as of December 31 of the exam year; the upper age limit is generally 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved categories (may vary as per official notification).
