- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject.

- Chemistry: Basic Concepts, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, States of Matter, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions, The Periodic Table, Hydrogen, The s-Block, p-Block, d-Block & f-Block Elements, Organic Chemistry basics.
- Mathematics: Algebra, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Probability, Vectors, 3D Geometry, Matrices & Determinants.
- Logical Reasoning: Number Series, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Directions, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Puzzle Test, Data Interpretation.
