Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board for B.Des (Bachelor of Design) and NIFT General Ability Test. For B.FTech (Bachelor of Fashion Technology), candidates must have cleared 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board.

  • Analytical Ability: Visual Reasoning, Puzzles, and Pattern Recognition
  • General Knowledge & Current Affairs: National and International events, Fashion Industry knowledge, Art & Culture, History
  • Logical Ability: Series completion, Coding-Decoding, Analogies, and Logical Deductions

Creative Ability Test (CAT) Syllabus:

  • Drawing skills including composition, perspective, and creative expression
  • Visualization and conceptualization from given objects or themes
  • Graphic and abstract representation abilities
  • Imaginative thought process and innovative design approach

Situation Test (For B.Des Courses):

  • Test of material handling and innovative model making using provided materials
  • Assessment of practical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in three-dimensional model creation
