Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Minimum age 17 years as of December 31 of the year of admission. No upper age limit for most categories, but reserved category relaxations apply as per norms.
- Nationality: Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and foreign nationals are eligible to apply.

- Physics: Topics include Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Optics, Modern Physics.
- Chemistry: Physical Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, States of Matter, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Chemical Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions. Organic Chemistry: Hydrocarbons, Environmental Chemistry, Basic Principles and Techniques, The Solid State, The p-Block, The d-Block and f-Block Elements, Coordination Compounds. Analytical Chemistry and Surface Chemistry.
- Mathematics: Sets, Relations and Functions, Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Matrices and Determinants, Permutations and Combinations, Mathematical Induction, Binomial Theorem and its Applications, Sequence and Series, Straight Lines, Conic Sections, Limits and Derivatives, Mathematical Reasoning, Statistics and Probability, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Three Dimensional Geometry, Differential Equations, Linear Programming.
