DIFAT (PG Diploma in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology) B.Sc with Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Ind Chemistry or Bio-Tech or Bio-Chem as one of the subjects or B.Tech in Bio-Tech
Experience: One year experience in a distillery or brewery or in a fermentation industry on any technical post alongwith nomination
SBCC (Sugar Boiling Certificate Course) Matriculate/ High School with Science/ Agriculture
SECC (Sugar Engineering Certificate Course) Diploma in engineering in Mech/Elect/Electronics/ Instrumentation from a recognized Technical School/ Polytechnic

Intermediate with Science/ Agriculture or equivalent
One year experience in a Sugar Factory laboratory or field work
