BTech
The
minimum academic qualification for admission to BTech is a pass in the
final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as
the qualifying examination. Subject combinations required in the
qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech course are:
1. Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects
2. Any one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology.
Students
appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible for admission
subject to the fulfillment of the requirements of education, age and
physical fitness etc. as prescribed by the examining body during
counseling /admission.
Direct Admission to B. Tech Second Year (For Diploma Holders)
Candidates
who have passed Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) recognized by the U.P.
Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology
are eligible for admission to Second year in any branch of
Engineering/Technology.
Procedure for Admission
Admissions
for B. Tech. are conducted by Admission Committee through admission
tests. Combined Admission Tests are conducted each year, in the month
of May/June by bodies appointed by the government. These tests are
called SEE UPTU for admission to B.Tech.
The
vacant seats are filled through direct admission on the basis of marks
obtained in the 10+2 examination in accordance with directions of the
State Government.
Diploma holders having 60% marks are eligible for direct admission to second year. and through counselling by UPTU MCA The
minimum academic qualifications for admission in MCA is Graduation in
any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduate level securing a
minimum of 50% marks
BPharma
The
minimum academic qualifications for admission to B. Pharma. is a pass
in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred

qualifying examination for admission to B.Pharma course are:

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
1.1. Admission to PGDM 1st semester will be made as per the rules prescribed by the Academic Council of the Institute.
1.2. Admission on migration of a candidate from any other Institute to the Institute is not permitted.
Eligibility for Admission
2.1. For admission to PGDM 1st semester a candidate should have Bachelor’s degree of minimum three year duration in any discipline.
2.2. The candidate must have either MAT/CAT/UPMCAT valid card.
2.3. The
Academic Council shall have power to amend or repeal the eligibility
criteria laid down at clause 2.1. & 2.2, as per the guidelines of
All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.) and/or the
direction of the State Govt. from time to time.
Admission
to PGDM is controlled by Admissions Committee through test. Separate
Combined Admission Tests are conducted each year, some time in the
month of May/June by bodies appointed by the government. These tests
are called UPMAT for admission to PGDM.The unfilled seats are through
open for direct admission on the basis of marks obtained in the
graduation examination in accordance with directions of the State
Government.
MBA Admissions are done
to MBA by Admissions Committee through admission tests. Separate
Combined Admission Tests are conducted each year, some time in the
month of May/June by bodies appointed by the government. These tests
are called SEE-UPTU for admission to MBA .The unfilled seats are
through open for direct admission on the basis of marks obtained in the
graduation examination in accordance with directions of the State
Government.
MTech
Admission against NRI and Vacant Seats:
Application for direct admission by the Management is to be submitted
by a candidate on prescribed application form. The institute brochure
and application forms are available at the institute or the Head Office
in Meerut on payment of Rs. 300.00. Applicants must follow the procedure given below.
Obtain the application form from the Institute on payment of Rs. 300.
Fill all entries in the application form. Attach two recent photographs
(Passport size).Successful candidate shall be required to deposit the
fees immediately.
