- The online application form will be available on the website http://www.pgntruhs.org/
- from 20th August, 2012 to 31st August, 2012, upto 05.00 p.m.
- The candidates are advised to take a print out of the prospectus/ instructions to fill the application form from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in or http://www.pgntruhs.org/ before proceeding to fill the application form
- The candidate should fill the online application form available in the website with the data required for, through internet
- The online application form can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet café/net center)
- The
candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going
through the prospectus by keeping all the certificates, scanned photo
with signature at the bottom of the photo, and ready to enter his/her
correct data and upload the photo after the payment of e-challan in any
SBI branch
- The generation of e-challan through online after submitting the personal details through challan link in the website
- The
candidate has to pay the amount indicated in the e-challan at any
branch of SBI and submit the application using the link submit
application
- The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances
- The system generated application number is displayed for future reference
- The candidate has to pay the fee in any SBI branch on or before 30th August, 2012 using the downloaded challan before 05.00 p.m.
- Application Submission: After payment of fee at State Bank of India, applicants have to visit the website http://www.pgntruhs.org/ on next working day to submit the application
- The login screen will appear for the candidate to validate the payment details
- The screen will ask for application number as login ID and date of birth as password to proceed for the application submission
- The
candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in online
application alongwith the attested copies of required certificates and
the State Bank of India e-challan, University copy (original) towards
the registration fee to the Convener, PG Admissions Committee-2012, Dr
NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada-8 either
by post or in person on or before 05.00 p.m. on 05th September, 2012
- The candidate shall clearly super scribe on the cover the name of the course applied for MD (Ayurveda) course

incomplete applications, without signing declaration applications

The following are the regulations for admission to Post Graduate courses (Ayurveda) in the Ayurvedic Medical Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P, Vijayawada for the academic session 2012-13.
SUBJECTS TO BE EXAMINED ( 200 QUESTIONS WILL BE GIVEN IN FOLLOWING SUBJECTS. EACH QUESTION CARRIES HALF MARK). a) Sareera b) Ayurveda Itihas & Sidhantas (Basic Principals) c) Rasatantra & Bhaisajyakalpa d) Nidana e) Kayachikista f) SSP g) Dravyaguna
- Entrance Test shall be of objective type with 200 multiple choice questions to be answered in 3 hours duration and each question carries Half mark.
- The question paper will be in English & Telugu.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:
- The PG Courses leading to Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda are open to the holders of BAMS Degree of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and holders of Degree of any other University/Statutory body included in the 2nd schedule to the IMCC Act, 1970.
- The candidate should have completed training as internee/House Officer on or before 31-July-2012.
- For in-service candidates three years of regular service shall be calculated as on 31-July-2012.
- Candidates who are already admitted and studying MD (Ayu.) Course shall not be permitted to appear for M.D (Ayu) Entrance Test unless they discontinue the course by remitting the bond amount and the stipend taken upto that date before submitting application form and such candidates shall submit the discontinuance certificate issued by the Head of the Institution alongwith the application.
- Candidates who are already holding a Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in a subject shall not be eligible to appear for Entrance Test for admission into another P.G. Ayurveda Course.
The
candidature of the applicant will not be considered for PG ET-2012
unless the print-out application form is submitted to the university
alongwith the requisite enclosures on or before the date The university holds no responsibility for postal delays/loss in transit
The Entrance Test shall be conducted in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
